Grants Pass, Oregon 8,300 SF October 2016

The new building is a dynamic presence on a prominent corner along the main thoroughfare in downtown Grants Pass. It includes leasable office and commercial space on the second floor. The architecture reflects the design of the lodges and other vernacular buildings of the northwest. The steeply sloping roofs and strong timber design elements tie in to the riverfront and commercial design guidelines preferred throughout the downtown and tourist corridor along the Rogue River.
