ORW Architecture and IBI Group designed a new 102,700 square foot addition and a 58,000 0square foot renovation for Phoenix High ,School. The new addition accommodates new state of the art learning environments for general education and science classrooms, special education programs, career technical spaces for auto, metal, art, and culinary programs, and new space for administration, library, kitchen and servery, and student commons. The renovation includes updated spaces for athletics, theater, band, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, roof replacement, and seismic upgrade. Site features include new fenced recreational fields, two outdoor learning courtyards, and rooftop solar panels.
