Andrew Owen, AIA
Principal, Project Manager
Washington State University,
Bachelor of Architecture, 1999
Andrew’s diverse experience in multiple project types & varying climates has fostered his technical development as a strong Project Architect. He understands that getting a project built efficiently and cost effectively is just as important as the aesthetic design, but these two aspects should not be considered mutually exclusive. Andy’s current projects include Camp Low Echo, Idiart Law Offices, Sinclair Media Studio, and RVTD Front Street Station remodel. His recently completed projects include People’s Bank of Commerce Headquarters Building in Medford, the City of Medford Fire Station 3, the Rogue Credit Union South Branch remodel, the RCU Headquarters expansion, People’s Bank of Commerce Grants Pass Branch and Tenant building, & the City of Medford Fire Stations 2 & 4.
Raised in small-town Southeastern Washington, Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies & Bachelor of Architecture in 1999 from Washington State University. He lived and worked in Southern Florida for over 6 years after graduating. With the Pacific Northwest in his blood, he was unable to stay away. He moved back to Washington State where he worked for several years before settling in the Rogue Valley in 2013.
Andrew embraces his “Rogue” life to the fullest by volunteering in local elementary school classrooms and mentoring high school students. He is currently the President of the local AIA organization. Anything to positively further the profession of Architecture.
