Temple Emek Shalom
Temple Emek Shalom
Ashland, OR
This 15,000 square-foot synagogue was designed to incorporate Jewish symbolism while maintaining a Pacific Northwest simplicity. As the first temple to be constructed from the ground up within a 200 mile radius, the congregation was enthusiastic about participating in the design process. ORW worked closely with the design committee to generate consensus. The result was a facility that fits within the tight site constraints and meets the congregation's budget and program.
